The "Osteoblast Differentiation Induction Kit" is a kit designed for regenerative medicine research that allows for the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts when cultured in cell culture plates (48-well, flat bottom) for 1 to 2 weeks. It enables differentiation induction equivalent to approximately 2 plates of 48 wells. Additionally, the osteoblast differentiation induction medium contains components such as β-glycerophosphate and dexamethasone, and is formulated to efficiently promote the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells. 【Operating Instructions (Simplified Version)】 ■1. Seed human mesenchymal stem cells in a cell culture plate and culture overnight in a seeding medium (37°C, 5% CO2). ■2. Remove the medium and add the osteoblast differentiation induction medium for culture. ■3. Change the medium every 2 to 3 days and culture for 1 to 2 weeks. ■4.
